Is that a different view of the game? (Destiny)

That's because Assault on the Control Room is lengthy enough to have it all. You pick your way through hallways and circle rooms. You storm across bridges while taking fire from the air. You rescue allies and break out of a bad defensive situation in a Warthog. You soon get a tank and then immediately have to play defense before going on a long, fun offensive with overwhelming firepower. There's a stealth section. There's multiple sections where the Covenant send in reinforcements. There's that Gold Elite who rushes you from the circle room. There's a chance to steal one of the Banshees that have been harassing you throughout the level. There's the fight up and up to the Control Room which ends with a final battles as the doors open to reveal a dreaded Gold Sword Elite and gang waiting for you!

If I could get one thing from Destiny 2, it would be to just make the levels longer. These short "Mass Effect side mission" style levels don't have time or room for many encounters or more than a few quips of exposition. Let me really get into a level. Have great or disastrous things happen along the way. Put in an optional side objective or two. And pump in more story.
