It's my sentiment exactly, from 1.0 to now.

That's fair and I don't disagree but for different reasons.

The campaign stuff in Destiny is fun and has notably gotten way better over time. That being said, none of the missions in Destiny come even close to AotCR from Halo for me. I love the game pretty much all around, but I wouldn't rate the campaign as anything to write home about. My friend and his cousin do, and that is different for me. Perhaps getting it all packaged together changes the feel or maybe I'm just looking for different things from a campaign than they are.
