To clarify (Destiny)

I've done this twice with a team of 3. It's tedious but doable.

Heh - we couldn't even finish the HEROIC version on 28. Not sure how to cheese it... that last battle means fighting and winning, I can't see what shortcuts there might be.

We cheesed the heck out of it by staying two rooms back from the doorway that leads to the summoning pit. You run from there to the door, fire 1 clip of your best weapon (Arc damage if you have it), then run away. The anti-cheese Shrieker spawns and a ton of anti-cheese Knights and Wizards come through the door but they don't follow you back... then they vanish after a few seconds and you repeat the process.

Did we beat the boss? Yes. Did I get Thunderlord as a prize? Yep. Will I ever do a Nightfall Strike again? Absolutely not.

You die so fast and end up having to hide so far back from so many encounters that, to me, it's not really playing Destiny anymore. I loved the Weekly Heroic version of that strike because it took a nice Halo 1 Legendary combination of skill and cleverness and luck to pull off. Nightfall is like facing all Halo 2 Sniper Jackals all the time. And from now on I refuse.
