Not too keen on blades, eh?

First it's swords, then somebody wants a halberd, and so on and so on.

Okay, maybe not polearms. Maaaaaaybe.

At the very least that wrist-blade thingy from the Republic Commando game would be cool. Seeing as how LucasArts is dead now, I don't think anyone would mind.

Also, I just thought how amazing it would be to come across a sword called "A Fair Point." I could imagine that being very useful in reconciling humanity's differences with those misguided alien-types.

Now I'm thinking of a un-plagafied plague rat called "Squeaky Clean." I would call him Mr. Clean for brevity's and formality's sake.

Pretty soon Space Wizards are going to conquer Mars with nothing but glowy wands. Kind of takes the Shooter out of Shared World Shooter.

Wands 'shoot' out magic, so it'd still be a 'shooter'. Wands are also dumb, and this would be a terrible idea.
