I assumed the massive patch we downloaded last week was effectively pre-loading the DLC content for us. Seemed a bit much for the little tweaks we saw after the patch (even if they did have a pretty dramatic effect on gameplay). Pretty clever way to avoid the zero hour bottleneck you get with most downloadable content.
