So are the new areas now in patrol? (Destiny)

how does Patrol work now for those without DLC? Will i only see people in patrol now that have DLC, since map assets would technically be different (open passage to the DLC area that would be blocked off for other people)?

I don't really know what all has been added (I only know about the area under the forgotten shore) so my question may be moot.

The Jovian Complex door is still closed to DLC owners on Patrol. I imagine this is true of the other areas as well. You're still in the same Skywatch/etc as everyone else.
