It does seem a tad powerful but doesn't the opposition there seem very unfocused? They're blindly rushing by and running aimlessly around corners. Nobody seemed to be taking their time or to be using their motion tracker effectively to pre-empt his location or movements, save for a couple toward the end. It comes across as a very lopsided match to begin with. So yeah... I'm not convinced just yet: I'd like to see it in a fair fight, or what should be a fair fight in terms of player skill. That'll be interesting.

Even if the other team was a bit lost (and probably pissed off at the score), he was, at most, 4-shotting fools. Other than a legendary/exotic hand-cannon, are there any other guns that can 4-shot a player with body shots?

Also, I didn't notice, but does the burst hurt nearby players?

It's a fusion rifle, right? Just without the charge time? Considering fusion rifles are normally a one shot kill, I don't think the time to kill with this is OP. The problem is this being a primary. Make it a special.

I've been comparing it to the (admittedly few) fusion rifles in my gun collection. Some have a much higher impact and stability, but I can't find anything that can compare to that range.

I think it's that - the range - and the staggered bursts that set this gun apart. Usually fusion rifles don't have as much room for error.
