Sorry, this one's technically not in your rules, but I'm not sure how to ask it.

When designing the audio environment, where do you start? Do you start with music, sound effects like gunfire, or do you just have an idea of what it should sound like when you start and then you just put things together to match that idea? Do you target a particular feeling?
