You mean "guaranteed with 100% certainty," right?
Heh.
My luck with raid drops is usually pretty dismal.
Last night, my hunter got a 320 chestpiece and a helmet (low light), along with a 310 exotic, from Oryx.
So 100% might be a LITTLE high. :)
