This was a series made by James Gunn after Slither, which is yet another project where Nathan Fillion has to deal with aliens threatening humanity (and is a great film that too few people watched). What's funny is that Gunn would go on to direct Guardians of the Galaxy, where Nathan has a cameo as an alien...
