Okay, so I was just going through the armory and I found this ship. Is this part of TTK? Because as far as I know, the only other hive ship that you can get is from the TDB raid...

I want it... it looks like an undead dragon is attached to your ship. Is it pretty rare drop?

Bane has only dropped once or twice for me.
Doesn't drop as often as "Aspect of Glass"...

But I've sharded quite a few...
I did use to use it as my main, but I actually prefer the Normal mode ship a bit more.

That said, Bungie did show it off when they announced the Hard mode drops, kind of odd that some folks haven't seen it (or even heard about it).
