Does Bungie think all their players are unemployed?

Not that I would probably be playing Crucible anyway. But what about the people who might want to participate?

I do understand that not everyone works the 9-5 schedule, and inevitably SOME people will be left out, but... it would be LESS people in the evening, surely.
