last night i did the nightfall, then turned in 10 bounties with the nightfall and red bull buffs, and rocket launcher/shotgun telemetries.

It completely leveled up tomorrow's answer and Astral's horizon. And left just a sliver on Hood of the Exile. I already had progress on watcher's robe and boots, and maxed them out as well.

I quickly ran the daily story, and finished off the Hood of the Exile there.

I have exactly one, that I will hoard and never use because I'm in the UK.

You could satisfy some curiosity for me though - what does the buff say/look like when you hover over it? Anything interesting (or Red Bull themed)?

At least I actually wanted a red bull. Because that's all I got.

Didn't they say it was exclusive to 7/11 for the duration of the whole thing? The quest unlocks later in the year, and the specially marked cans are just in those stores?

Nope: "Find your access code under the tab of any specially marked Destiny Edition Red Bull can, available exclusively at 7‑Eleven in July."

Or from the Activision press release: "The first Destiny-branded cans will be available exclusively across 7-Eleven stores in July with a full retail roll-out in August."

i honestly don't remember. It was a triangle similar to the nightfall buff. The actual icon for the consumable looks like an Ether Sup from fallen patrol missions (slightly different, and rotated).
