Bungie posted the following on their G+ Destiny page:
"They say their Houses have claimed every planet and moon we ever touched…"

If you check the image's URL, it is named "fallen.png"

Yeah, the Fallen glyph's been known about for a while. There were some new symbols on the recently added B.net page though.
