Anyone up for helping a geezer through half the raid?

My crew has been running VOG normal for weeks, but we've only been blessed with enough gear for two of us to hit thirty. (Even after wringing all we could out of Iron Banner.) Subsequently, we've had a hell of a time on hard mode, and have yet to get past the confluxes.

I'd like to try getting through the Templar on Hard, 1) so I can bring some first-hand experience back to my crew, and 2) so I can at least have one shot at Fatebringer before everyone vanishes into Crota.

If we were cruising through, I'd be up for finishing, but I'd at least like to try half. (Of course, I'd be happy to assist if anyone is still trying to do the whole thing.) Sitting at 30 with lots of 300s. Anyone up for it? GT Empty Set
