And it's called Epitaph. That gun is INSANE. It's also only a legendary, so you can have it and another exotic equipped at the same time.

I received an Epitaph as a reward from the Vanguard with Void damage instead of Arc. It devours minotaurs. But it also spawned with the ability that reduces flinching while scoped and mulligan. Dunno if that's standard or not.
