Due to the weekly marks cap I will have to wait until next week to buy Shadow Price. How much better is it than Doctor Nope?

Never used Doctor Nope, but that's one of the high RoF guns yeah? Hex Caster was awesome, but I got tired of struggling with it. Shadow Price is real nice in that regard, and kills stuff fast. Haven't unlocked the last reload upgrade on mine, so I imagine that will round it out nicely.
