Pretty simple, how do you get them, and is anyone else not getting any? I've played a bunch of matches in two different playlists, won a few, and completed at least one or two Crucible bounties, and I have zero marks. I can't think of what else I could have to do. I don't have any Vanguard marks either but I think I have to unlock that strike playlist and play in it, if I'm mistaken please correct me.

yeah, I got to level 18... was it last night? and when I went to orbit it told me I could get marks now... very user-unfriendly...
