Before you joined us, there was an event where we had to kill a purple ball guy.

His health was mad high and there was no real way to damage him at all before he got away. Even after both our RB-LB attacks and grenades, he barely had any health deteriorated...

There were no other Guardians around either. :(

Demag0gue, Speedracer and myself came across a Fallen Captain that we had to kill before he passed 9 checkpoints. We came across him twice near the Hellmouth, failing both times... his health was so high! We managed to clip off around 1/3 each time, but more guardians/heftier gear was definitely needed I think!

We also had defended the Warsat (in Pikes!) when we decided to finish off the mission and were joined by another 2 guardians. That was pretty neat.

Same. But I played it alone thanks to the matchmaking issues.

Yup. Well sort of. I got lost on my Sparrow trying to get to it. I was in on the last couple of minutes.

I got a Defend the Warsat at that place right before the Temple of Cotra.

Had a target to kill, didn't manage to finish it, dude had a wicked amount of health and a shield that didn't seem to care we were keeping fire on him, it restored anyway.

Nothing since they closed the moon back off though, and I've been here the whole time.

Yup. Had to kill a Servitor or two as they moved between checkpoints. Like all my experiences with public events in the beta, however, there were no other guardians besides my fireteam of two.
