Is it just me or it wasn't getting extra damage from crits?
Also, I dunno about you guys, but being able to pinpoint exactly where these videos take part by memory is extremely satisfying after all those PSN-exclusive-time streams.

Nope, no crit damage with Pike guns it seems.

Forgotten shores, random Pike patrols will come through and you have to shoot a Dreg off to steal their Pike.

Well shit. Any specific time of day or is it truly random? I know what my Fireteam is doing tonight.

Sadly I've only seen it twice so I can't say for sure if it's on a schedule. Someone on here might know though.

From what I gather from the Reddit discussion if public event times, *something* happens roughly every 30-40 minutes, but its random whether its a public event (and if so, WHICH public event) or something else like the Pikes or the Fallen/Hive war.

Awesome. Thanks for the intel. I don't think any of us will have a problem checking back in every half hour or so, public events have been good fun so far.
