Sev XIII I am stuck between the Hunter and the Warlock. I am interested in the Warlock but the armor shown so far has not grabbed my interest like the Hunter. Is there any way you can give out a picture or two of armor similar to the concept renders shown a couple years back? Aesthetics are extremely important to me and a major titling point in choosing a class.

Why don’t you do the Warlock order a favor and just play as the Hunter. Okay? We’re not hosting an intergalactic fashion show down here. The existence of humanity is at stake! If you cannot devote yourself to walking in the light of the Traveler, you’re not fit to wear our cloaks. So, just go ahead and kit-bash a hazmat suit, drape a cape over your shoulders, and go roam the frontier.

...Oh... wait... I guess they aren't going to do that. They aren't going to sprinkle the wilds with DLC based gear... like some sort of intergalactic fashion show.

So no split screen? Is that just for the beta, or for the whole game? That's a very important feature at my house, and I would like a clear answer on that.

The scope of the decision on splitscreen should not be underestimated for the entire arc of the IP itself. It was instrumental to Halo's success, but I'm not holding my breath.

At my house as well. My three kids are so excited to play Destiny with each other and their dad. They have not only decided on gender, race, and class, but are even talking about what their Guardian will look like under the mask. Case in point: my daughter wants to have a scar that goes over one eye. It's a beautiful thing.

I asked about split screen a while ago, and Bungie said they didn't want to talk about that.

That pretty much means no split screen :-/

So yes shared world shooter, as long as you don't actually want to share.

I'm indifferent about the split screen feature, then again, I don't have a bunch of kids that are reminding me of having that feature in Destiny. At least for the beta, I wouldn't be surprised if Bungie is aiming for a 1 player/console experience.
