Massive Update (Destiny)

That’s interesting. I love Scourge, but the best? Now you have me thinking, and I’m not sure which is the best. If I could do any raid right this second, I think it would be Deep Stone Crypt, but I’m not sure I think it’s the best. Not to mention the two or three I’ve never done.

Looks like back in 2021, I started ranking raids, but never really finished it. I actually misremembered, apparently I put Last Wish at #1, but Scourge was #2. The argument for Scourge at #1 is "all killer, no filler", whereas Wish probably has 2 encounters that aren't great, plus the big cheese issue when it comes to Riven.

Here's what I had in 2021:

1. Last Wish
2. Scourge of the Past – All killer, no filler.
3. Wrath of the Machine – D1
4. Deep Stone Crypt
5. Crown of Sorrow
6. Garden of Salvation
7. Crota’s End – D1
8. Kings Fall – D1
9. Eater of Worlds
10. Leviathan
11. Spire of Stars
12. Vault of Glass – D1

At that time, we hadn't had reissued D2 versions of King's Fall, Crota's End or VoG, and the new raids that are missing on this list are:

Vow of the Disciple
Root of Nightmares
Salvation’s Edge
Desert Perpetual (still haven't done the boss)

I'd say all of those clear D1 Crota's End. Maybe I'll think about it and update my list, I'd love to see what other people think now that it seems like this might be it for Destiny raids for the foreseeable future.
