Okay, I need advice. (Gaming)

I'm not multi-platform anymore, but when I was I always just bought on whichever system had more people likely to be playing.

For Arc Raiders, I'm not sure it'll matter much. I couldn't imagine using party chat over the in game party system because of proximity chat.

I guess I don't know which is going to have more people. Visibility online is the sticking point.
