Death Stranding 2 is real good. (Gaming)

It's just more Death Stranding, so far, which is great. It's gorgeous, impressively so. Some of the weather effects are incredible.

My only major disappointment is that it's still far too easy, even on the Brutal difficulty setting. The game feeds you tools so fast that trivialize so much stuff. I've done more combat already after like ten hours than I think I did in all of the original Death Stranding because the game forces me into it at the beginning of the story, but there's no stakes in any of it at all because its so easy. I guess that could change, as I'm still really early, but I'd be surprised if it did. The BT encounters are also way easier so far--they're easier to see, and at a greater distance it seems.

Also, they got rid of the post delivery screen that shows the path you took and compares it to the optimal distance. It doesn't matter, I guess, but I always loved seeing that.

It's still great, though. The vibes are absolutely immaculate.
