You can always collect earned rewards from the current season and the directly preceding season... but nothing before that, so anything still left in that set is gone after Tuesday.

Somebody on Reddit devised a way to get stuff from older season passes here.

I haven't tried it, and I'm not sure if Witch Queen would have affected it, but might be worth a try if you missed something.
