Certainly worth noting, but the thing is, this does it *instantly*. This is faster than Mayhem in terms of shortening cooldowns. Reddit is saying for Titans, it's been switched to melee energy instead of barricade energy. I encourage everyone to test it to their own satisfaction. It works.
