The most common problem I’ve run into so far is players quitting because they get bored and lose interest with no end in sight.
Like I told Mal, they could have easily made it more fun by throwing in wacky modifiers every five waves or so. Kind of like a PvE Labs thing to test them out.
Not having any way to track your stats is a big oof in my book, because there literally is no reason to play it longer than you need to. It doesn't get harder, the enemies don't get more interesting, there is no improvement on rewards or incentive to push on.
Maybe some streamers will see how far they can go, but at the end of the day, you're doing the same thing as Castellum grinds, but now you're on a timer.
But yeah, it's just a three week event designed to sell a handful of cosmetics for a quick cash grab, so I'm not as upset about it as I would have been if they charged for it or something as part of the annual pass, but it's yet another disappointment from Bungie, which has become their trademark (especially with other games, such as Overwatch,, putting more effort into their low-effort events).
