PSA Vestian Dynasty Masterworks Broken (Destiny)

So it looks like in the last update when they removed Vestian from the loot pool it broke the hell out of it. Now not only can you not masterwork it, but any already master worked versions have been reset to tier 1 masterwork and cannot be re-upgraded.
