There’s an extra wrinkle going on in that video that I’d missed when I first posted it. Several of the Titans in that group are wearing Synthocepts (exotic arms). Those bad boys are bugged right now. If you’re surrounded by enemies and standing in a Well of Radience, they give a damage boost to the entire team’s weapons.
