Right. And even then, the actual in game effects were actually fairly limited. I would have liked to have seen an even larger drawback. Disabling our recharging health or having it only recharge to one tick above red or something... They could have also done something like turned on all the elemental burns to make fighting through the Cabal and Fallen much tougher.
