Feature Request - Email Notification Filter (DBO)

Might be too hard, but it would be nice if we could have the email notification filter out replies from yourself.
On my to-do list...

Honestly, the reason I haven't gotten to this is because digging around in the forum code is messy, and I haven't been wanting to put on my muck boots. I'll see what I can do, though.
