Remove "bungie.net" from your mission statement. That's what's tripping you up.
And yes, the validator is broken and is displaying the wrong error message, that should be fixed soon.

I was going to say, "we'll that's odd, because our XBL and PC clans had the same text, including the "bungie.net"" -- but I double-checked, and they actually didn't. That ".net" was the only thing that was different between the three, so now it makes sense why they worked and the PSN one didn't.
