If I had to guess, that Colossus' hitbox tried to eject you during the pre-canned missile salvo animation.

I was going to blame the "skinny jeans" your Titan was donning just yesterday, but from the brief glimpse I got from this clip, it seems you upgraded your Titan trousers to one more befitting an Iron Lord engaging in deadly combat. So... there goes my theory! :D

After using the Spark of Light, I didn’t have any gear that was appropriate for his level, so I just gave him all of the SRL gear from The Dawning. I’ve replaced everything else, so the pants look like skinny jeans. :-P
