Depends what one means by that, I guess. It's the only one with a bonus that specifically affects Nightstalkers. It's not the only one a Nightstalker could use.

While technically true (since this following exotic isn't nightstalker specific), I prefer Sealed Ahamakara Grasps. Still, that's an awesome roll, picking it up.
