Obviously they have been nerfed and nerfed and nerfed, but they don't want to nerf then again. Hopefully a buff to fusions or snipers to bring them back to not bad.
Probably going to accidentally nerf everything.

I'm sure it'll only be by 0.04%. I'm hopeful they don't nerf shotguns too badly - I'd actually prefer a primary buff over anything else.

I'm optimistic that they are going about this a better way, and the reason it's taking so long is that they are fixing primaries, which is presumably a lot more work than a simple shotgun nerf.

You probably wouldn't get it anyway.
For example, I didn't get last year's festival of the lost card during the event this year.

Like they haven't completely nuetered shotguns 5-6 times.
