Can anyone else verify? I'm confused. Is this a bug that I am not aware of?
If you're sure they're not the Y1 version, it's a bug

They're year 2, light level of 386.

I pulled some out of the vanguard armor kiosk and they are working as intended. Very odd! Does the last Sunsinger ability (Gift of the Sun?) give you a second grenade? What about Starfire Protocol? It should give you an extra sticky grenade just like Sunbreakers give you an extra solar one. Do those work?
Are you sure you're using the right grenade type?

Then it might be me, I thought Solar simply meant a solar damage type. I had never used nor looked at the first grenade in the tree.
