That's just Radiant Dance Machine's + a MIDA Multi-Tool + Shadestep + Twilight Garrison + Angle of Light + Blink + Triple Jump + Bones of Eao + Shoulder Charge + Sun Charge. It's perfectly legit and additionally it's beyond fair because the Nightstalker's "neutral game" is only so good. You're just complaining and should learn to deal with it. ;)
