It's a nice shader - one of my favorites. Unfortunately it only comes from the Refer A Friend program - I think it drops when you complete a nightfall together.
Ugggg, Why can't I get a solid Red/Black shader to save my life!? The closest I've ever gotten is Orange/Black. One of these days it is going to happen.
There's a decent red/black/white shader from the TTK reef quests.
Yeah, so the problem there is that thing called "white" :-D
