Who here plays on a gaming monitor? (Off-Topic)

I play on a 23" Samsung monitor that I've had for years and isn't anything fancy. The video quality is still better than my other big-screen TVs. I have the monitor sitting on the coffee table a few feet in front of the couch. The main benefit for me playing on the monitor is that I, or one of my kids, can be playing video games while wife and/or the other kids can be watching a movie/TV/or playing a different video game on the bigger TV that's on the wall. That's a pretty invaluable benefit in my house, such that even if I were to buy a brand new 70" 4K flat-screen, I would really have to think twice about switching the PS4 and Xbone to the bigger one.
