Even if I never manage to gain the necessary coordination to use the paddles, the build quality and the super-springy analog sticks have made it well worth the cost for me.


I wonder if it's possible to disable the stick clicks entirely. I'll have to check when I get home, disabling the buttons the paddles are duplicating should help you get used to it faster.

It's not so much that I'm forgetting and clicking the thumbsticks instead of using the paddles, it's that I've somehow rotated the controls forward one position in my brain so that I'm now trying to aim/fire with the paddles and sprint/melee with the triggers. I may just have to spend some time going melee-only and add the triggers back in later.

That said, I just discovered that you can disable the paddles temporarily to prevent them from being activated when you set the controller down.
