Special weapon buff and Airborne. Spray it and then jump right before they pop. Massive damage.

Also, if you are a titan, Go Sunbreaker. I actually did this before these modifiers.
1. Punch them
2. Jump above head
3. With Bellicose zoom and put a full clip in them
4. Watch them die
That should be godly with 4th Horseman

Before, if I unloaded an entire clip, I could take a brother down half way. Maybe a little more than that.
