I was actually thinking of the Morningstar Sniper from Borderlands 2 that just belittles you the entire time. It was also based off a XKCD

I have that on one of my shotguns, and when you get a kill with it you get a movement speed boost.

What's weird is I SWEAR that it makes my base movement speed faster than sprint, which feels really weird.

Like, I get a kill and than for 4 seconds it feels like I'm playing quake.
