Why didn't we have a Ghost O'Lantern contest?

Cause that's not a thing. :( (Well, yet. I guess if the Halo one dies, maybe we'll make it a thing. I dunno. Or maybe I'll just let it die.)

A bunch of people expressed sadness that there wasn't one, and offered prizes, so I fired it up - but prizes and enthusiasm don't really matter if there aren't any entries.
