While Perfectionist is a cool perk, I believe the real exotic perk is Blinding Light which has a chance to blind the nearby enemies. The Hunter exclusive Legendary sniper rifle also has Perfectionist, and while it's always satisfying to get it to proc, it's nothing I'd give up an exotic slot for.

Of course it really just seems like Hereafter is a combination of interesting perks instead of just a single powerful perk.

You're definitely right about that. I forgot about the Blinding Light perk. It's been a while since I've used it.

Hereafter is a fun Sniper Rifle. It looks and sounds AMAZING, and I use it a lot just for that reason. It's perk, Perfectionist, is similar to White Nail, but for mobs. You have to get precision kills, not just land shots, but if get all precision kills with it's 4 round magazine, it automatically regens 4 rounds. It does not pull ammo from your reserve.

I loved my Hereafter and used it for a while. The sounds ARE amazing. I need to get it up to a higher light level so I can justify using it again (currently @ 296).

Yeah. I believe they are just slightly tougher than a single normal Golden Gun shot when they do a max armor build. Celestial Nighthawk give you a 6x shot. You'll vaporize them!

It has to. I know the nova bomb one shots SunBreakers. I know because I died twice because of that in IB.

Yes absolutely. It does 6x one normal shot, and 2 normal shots take down a Sunbreaker, so you are doing more than 3x the damage than you need to kill a Sunbreaker.
