They really are. About half the games I played had a curious spike in lag teleports and enemies gaining magical immunity and killing with impunity. Almost always within 20 seconds before or after a heavy drop.

The start of the evening was awful for me. Kept getting matched up with Europeans with 56k dialup. Hilariously it actually got better when I partied up with Americans and had to transfer data across an ocean.

Maybe we just got lucky.

I can only remember one instance in ten or eleven games, and it was one player lagging around the map for about twenty seconds and that was it.

Is it just me? 4 games, 3 had at least one severely lagging immune player.
