Hmm. I'm in seattle, use comcast, and had terrible service this week.

I'm in Seattle and use Century Link. It's defiantly slower than comcast, but it's heck of a lot more reliable. Not to mention, Century Link's Customer service representatives aren't Hell Spawn.

Comcast has been having troubles in Utah, probably throughout the west. Where I work we have a good # of people who work from home, every single person who's on Comcast has been having troubles with their connectivity this week, maybe even the past couple weeks. We've been seeing things like out of order packets, dropped packets, and the like. Slycrel, Peaks and I are all on Comcast & have all had issues. Reports are that things have been better this afternoon. Lets hope they're accurate.

WildthingVII was encountering The Weasel somewhat regularly on XB1 for a few months and we couldn't track down the issue. It's one of the few errors that seems to bypass the new "rejoin on network error" mechanism.

Weasle is the bane of my existence. I bought a new modem out of desperation. Didn't help. Time to threaten Comcast with switching until they make it go away. They have until Trials starts before I give Century Link a try.

I also relate most of my issues to the network infrastructure upgrades going on with TWC. Nothing better than getting mail for Time Warner saying "Hey we are upgrading, you might experience hiccups here and there".

I went through that for about two months, but then I got upgraded to 100 Mbps down / 20 up for free (from 20 down / 5 up) afterwards and it's *way* more reliable, so there's something to it.

This was on PS4. It happened at exactly 1 am, and then again at exactly 1:30 am, so I wonder if there wasn't an update pushed or network refresh or something.

And then I saw it a couple times the other night on PS4, but that was from my crappy hotel Wi-Fi connection at around the same time you were talking about. Curious.

I had thought it was because the fiber infrastructure is brand new and still being extended around here, but I tend to be kicked to orbit around 2 AM every time I'm playing that late. I can get back on right away, though. Hmmm....

I noticed when I do play on Xbox, I get alot more weasels than if I were on PS4.

Alot of my errors/lag issues do seem to be during Raids. We have literally been in chats for hours, no problems. Start the raid, people start getting NAT issues, kicked to orbit/from party. It is very frustrating.

After hours of Oryx... Baboon into Weasel and we all went to orbit. Screw it, we said, let's go get our exotic swords. just after the Darkblade died, just before the arc knight died, Weasel again.

God damn it Bungie. Weasels aren't good pets.
