I have a legendary shotgun at 300.

I was originally confused by this statement:

"All my legendary specials are at 300 now, and I'll use those for infusion after the fix."

Why are they all at 300? If you can infuse them with a 310 black spindle, wouldn't they be higher?

I don't have much high light equipment (and no raid equipment whatsoever) so I'm just trying to understand the new rules and limitations.

Yeah, I was confused by that as well. I infused a 300 Black Spindle that I bought from the iPad with my 310 Black Spindle to make a 307 Black Spindle. I'm hoping because of the infusion it'll make it through the nerf, but I'm not optimistic.

However, the Black Spindle you can buy from the collection is a 300, so the most you can make anything else with it is 300, so that's probably what he is talking about.

I don't think so.

I got a 310 sniper from the raid. I know that's slightly different than a normal Legendary, but I bet you can get higher than 300 drops from strikes or Court of Oryx, too. I know you can get at least 300 blues. I got a 299 blue hand cannon from a strike, so Legendaries probably go higher than that.

It seems only raid stuff and exotics go above 300. Never seen a single blue or legendary drop at 300+.

I had a legendary engram (from a strike, I think) decode to 300 boots. Are you just talking about weapons?

300 I have seen. I said 300+ I haven't seen. Only raid and exotics have dropped greater than 300 for me.

Oh - sorry. Usually X+ means "X and above". You meant it as "Above X". I misunderstood.
