As others have said, the Fireteam Builder is your friend. Schedule it at a convenient time with enough lead time, and they will come.

First, Destiny is awesome. I've been playing since release and have gotten more and more involved in the game as time has gone on. It's my only real hobby at the moment, and I'm pretty good at it. Not the youtube-video-holy-cow-downed-Oryx-by-himself kind of good, but solid enough to be successful with any decent team.

I'm looking for a raid group that is pretty consistent, skilled, and won't fall apart after 10 minutes like most lfg's do. I've made it to Oryx in TTK, gotten him down to around 1/4 health, but have yet to find a group that was either skilled or patient enough to down him, *and I've been through a lot of lfg groups*.

I'm active at PvP as well, and I made it to the Lighthouse prior to TTK. Disclaimer: I'm not fantastic at PvP, just solid, and good enough to help other skilled players succeed.

I'm mosty active at night, after 8:00p.m. central time, and I'm looking to find a group that raids on two or three specific nights--I'm older and have kids, a job, etc. I can't do this every night like I used to once upon a time. The time crunch is also why I'm looking for a solid group; I don't have time to deal with lfg groups disintegrating left and right.
