I would really like to be able to trade those in for something. Even at a rate of 200 materials for 1 mote of light.

BTW, I had about 2,000 weapon parts and 2,000 Hadronic Essence, but I spent them on upgrading some faction rep for packages. Now my Warlock has a full set of Dead Orbit armor and my Titan has 2 pieces of his Future War Cult armor set. :)
