i did not know that there was a card for that. I've always avoided the VIP and scan missions b/c they would take you out of the area. Only time i ever did them was when i had done all the collections and kill enemies, and needed to go to a different area anyways.

Not sure if this was mentioned in any official capacity, but the VIP Bounty missions are far more common since the 2.0 update. I'll often come across 3 or 4 of them in my first 2 or 3 partol zones. Should make that Grimoire card (for completing 250 VIP bounties) much easier to complete.
